Meet the Team

Mark Sherrill, Owner/ Operator

With 20 years of experience, Mark Sherrill is your trusted local pest solutions provider and the heart of our family-owned business.

Mark has worked for a range of pest control companies, from mom-and-pop shops to international companies. He used his varied experience to create a family-owned business that puts you — the customer — first. Mark’s resume crosses many aspects of the industry: termite inspections and treatments, rodent control services, and pest control services. With this unique mix of experience, he can solve your pest problems, including ants, roaches, rodents, termites, and more.

Correcting pest challenges, especially when they involve solving difficult rodent issues, brings Mark great joy. But the best part of owning a family business? Maintaining a healthy work-life balance for himself and the team, and actively participating in his children’s activities and sports, whether cheering from the sidelines or being hands-on in coaching.

Originally from Texas and having lived in the high desert of California, Mark is not afraid of the summer heat; in fact, he loves it. When he’s not hunting pests, Mark spends time with his family, practices jiu jitsu, and coaches kids.

Markos Pastran, Lead Pest Control Technician

Markos Pastran has a decade of experience in providing top-quality pest control solutions.

As Lead Pest Control Technician, Markos takes pride in addressing issues and making people feel good in their own homes. He is Mark’s right-hand man, excelling in problem-solving and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

When Markos isn’t solving pest control problems, he is all about Baseball! He played minor leagues in Nicaragua and loves to watch the Oakland A’s. He might be Mark McGwire’s number-one fan.

Markos has two young daughters and a baby boy with his wife, who is originally from Nicaragua. They enjoy going to baseball games and the zoo or aquarium as a family.

Traeton Sherrill, Pest Control Technician

Since 2018, Traeton Sherrill has been bringing his expertise and enthusiasm to Nottingham Pest Control.

Traeton first joined the family business part-time in December 2018, where he quickly became an invaluable member of the team. During his time with us, he honed his skills in general pest control, weed management, and rodent extermination, continually expanding his expertise with each service call.

After briefly exploring other opportunities and gaining valuable experience, Traeton has returned to Nottingham Pest Control, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and a renewed passion for the industry.

In his spare time, Traeton enjoys immersing himself in the world of gaming and esports, which fuels his desire to become a competitive gamer. He also enjoys spending his weekends camping and exploring all the great places that his small town has to offer.
