About Nottingham Pest Control

Nottingham Pest Control is a family-owned and operated business established in 2018 and has since expanded from Brentwood California to the DFW metroplex in Texas. Nottingham Pest Control is growing and currently hiring for a full-time technician. Our industry is typically production driven, and techs often work holidays and weekends. We aim to change the industry and want techs home more in the evenings, weekends and holidays. The different base pay fluctuations that production only companies offer can be hard on the family budget and we think a consistent pay plan can fix that. About YOU

Like many others in pest control, you may have “fallen” into this industry and have come to love protecting customers, their homes and their business brands from the disasters pests can bring. Whether you are a seasoned pro or just starting out, we are looking for licensed candidates who can embrace a career with us in this amazingly fulfilling industry and have a fun time doing it. 

You must have a great attitude, an ability to complete tasks unsupervised, a “get the job done right” approach, and a willingness to take care of people and we will show you the rest. You are ambitious, personable, available to start immediately, will exceed our customers’ expectations, and help them solve problems.  

Since we are a family-owned company, you will be around friends/family that have known us a long time. We are a fun, honest, and highly respectful group that works hard, and you’d fit right in. 

You have the following: 

  • Great customer service skills — communicate well, enjoy talking with people
  • Good work ethic — dependable, hard-working
  • Plans for the future — looking for an opportunity to build your career
  • Current Pest Control license not required although desired
  • Valid driving license with a clean driving record- no DUI’s, no felonies
  • Ability to pass a livescan background check and pre-employment drug screen

What do our Pest Control Technicians do?

  • Build relationships with customers and the community every day
  • Are flexible as daily schedules can change throughout the day
  • Apply treatments per label instructions to structures with environmental, public, personal and company safety concerns in mind
  • Notify customers in advance for regular services
  • Process route work daily on a handheld device
  • Maintain vehicle and equipment in clean and proper operating condition
  • Assist in sales to existing customers and new customers through self-generated and provided leads/estimates
